Especially helpful and competent people.
Location - magnificent, next to Mexico in the middle of February-nights at that time and many sites, mall, Bellas Artes, Barrio Chino, mall, bus stops, restaurants TOKS, starbucks. Overall awesome breakfast with hot options and very good service.

Very convenient location, concierge staff the best!
Room service staff needs training in asking customer if they can stay to finish cleaning or if they would need to come back to finish. Customers should not ask them to leave the room.instead of goingto knock on doodr to ask if anyhing is needed a phone call would sould suffice.

The room was a good size and had a shower and hair dryers. the staff were gentle, super friendly, and offered free wake-up calls and ironing. the hotel has impressive views and a fantastic location in the city center. the in-house restaurant served a good meal.

Conveniently located near the airport, various attractions, and Paseo de la Reforma. We also enjoyed chilling by the lake, just a short 10-minute stroll away from this place. Our room had a nice view 😊.

I booked an a double room with climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television. The location was absolutely perfect and comfy for walking around a wax museum. The service was excellent, that made the hotel well priced and stylish place.
The staff was average.
